Why we do this differently
Most of the businesses that reach us are under real pressure. That is exactly why we refuse to oversell. Our pages lay out every route, including the ones we do not profit from, and we will tell you plainly when consolidation traps you instead of freeing you, or when a restructuring attorney is the right call instead of any funding product.
What is Ovesture?
Ovesture is a business funding brokerage that has helped small businesses access funding since 2004. We are not a lender: we do not put up our own money and we do not underwrite, we take a file to the banks, SBA lenders and non-bank funders most likely to fund it. Two desks do that work: SBA 7(a) and 504 loans, practice acquisition and partner buy-ins for practices and professional firms, and consolidation, reverse consolidation or refinancing for owners carrying stacked merchant cash advances.
