If you are already being sued or served
Speak to a lawyer first. Ovesture is a business-funding firm, not a law firm. We cannot give you legal advice, we cannot represent you, and we do not act as your negotiating agent with a funder. If a lawsuit, a judgment, a UCC lien or a frozen account is already in play, counsel is the first call and we are the second.
Once you have a lawyer we can still look at the funding side, and we will tell them exactly what we tell you. Please do not send privileged material or full bank statements through this form — a summary is enough to start.
